Today Emma decided our class would be the “fail day” because it’s something adults (…sidenote, when did we become adults???) are usually extremely uncomfortable with. She had us ALL try this pose, coming into it from a low lunge and putting our weight in the opposite hand, then doing yogi toe hold and trying to swing our legs up. A lot of us just fell on our butts and started laughing, which she (and I!) loved! I couldn’t get this pose fully, the most I got was sort of a side-plank-tree with my yogi toe hold going on, but it was still a really fun class.
